Challenge

Smart Office Support (SOS) provide a range of virtual assistance services, helping stressed business owners reduce time spent on smaller admin tasks. Approaching 5 years in business, SOS wanted to develop a new brand identity and website that would help them stand out in a sea of virtual assistants.

Solution

SOS is traditionally a Morse code distress signal, that was originally established for maritime use. We leant into the maritime narrative, focusing brand illustrations and messaging on nautical themes that empathise with the real world challenges many business owners face.
